Fun and entertaining social events throughout the year makes for a great environment to cultivate old friendships and kindle new ones.  Our members may arrange private parties and business events with the support of PGC’s professional staff.  The clubhouse offers an exquisite setting for conferences and social gatherings, while benefiting from the location, parking, and complete on-site services.

This elegant room with beautiful golf course and foliage views is the perfect place for dinners, meetings and other important occasions here at the club.  A beautiful hardwood dance floor and baby grand piano make this room a delightful place to dine.  The personal touch of the dining staff makes special events truly unforgettable.  From the food and drinks to the ambience and timing, the staff makes sure your event is well established so when it is time for the event, the members can concentrate on their guests.

In the East Room, our experts customize small private dining and business events for our members.  Any small occasion can be accommodated in the East Room from private dining to business events.  We work with members to create unique dining experiences from ordering from our complete menu to creating very specialized menus for the occasion.

The formal dining room is available for elegant lunches, dinners and parties.  Our Executive Chef, Christophe Preyale, prepares many specialties, which may be paired with the perfect wine from our extensive cellar.  On Sundays we also feature sumptuous breakfasts for our members and their guests.  Whether it’s a casual business lunch or an elegant dinner, Portland Golf Club provides the ultimate setting for successful entertaining.  A warm friendly atmosphere perpetuates the legacy of its famous founders.
